Product of Potato Chopsticks

Please note the following points before using this product.

1- Do not light the flames inside the boiler before pouring water.

2 – Boiling water (40 to 50 ° C), even when possible, to boil water inside the boiler and to increase boiler life, accelerate boiling time and save fuel consumption. Also, in order to prevent water from overflowing during boiling, the water inside the boiler should be 15 to 18 cm above the top of the empty boiler.

3. Use a woman’s lamp to light the flame of the pot, unless the candle hose, which is located beneath the terminal door, can be used.

4- The maximum cooking capacity of rice in 380 liters boilers is 45 kg.

5- The round door rubber is made of hygienic silicone which is bonded to each other by two ends and has a hollow cross-section for the purpose of steam sealing.

6. After each cooking operation the valves should be opened and cleaned, this being installed as a warning on the boiler door.

7. Avoid placing any weights on the valve to prevent steam from escaping while brewing rice.

8. The boiler door assembly is fitted with a spring hinge and should therefore be operated by the door handler when opening the door (to the end of the opening path) to prevent the door from being thrown and released (when opened).

9. In order to be more secure on the hinge, a spring lock is fitted which the operator must remove when levering the door.

10. When flushing the product, all flames should be switched off and the main inlet valve inlet should be closed.

11. Due to the heat, especially on the floor of the boiler, in order to prevent swelling and swelling this part of the baking process should leave some cold water on the floor of the boiler and drain after cooling.

12. After each cooking, all parts of the stainless steel boiler, especially the floor, the wall and the top of the boiler, should be thoroughly washed and discharged with a scourer and dishwashing detergent so that any deposits of water, salt and debris are removed. The food should be completely removed from the pot’s floor.

13. Never use a diaphragm holder to stab the boiler.

14- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of this device are only permitted by after sales service personnel or authorized dealers of Tiyan Gas Steel Company.

15. In case of use of water with high sediment content, it should be provided at the main entrance of the water splitting into the boilers.

Boiled pot product

Please note the following points before using this product.

1- Do not light the flames inside the boiler before pouring water and contents.

2. In order to prevent the stew from overflowing during cooking and boiling, it should be 15 to 18 cm above the top of the empty boiler.

3. Use a woman’s lamp to light the flame of the pot, unless the candle hose, which is located beneath the terminal door, can be used.

4. The maximum cooking capacity of a stew in a 300-liter boiler is 600 people.

5. This product has a boiler oil charging tube (crankshaft) that is generally located in the crown circular holes and in the back of the cube, which should be avoided especially during washing.

6. During cooking and use, avoid stewing forwards.

7. Low heat flames should be used to get the stew out.

8. The boiler door assembly is fitted with a spring hinge and should therefore be operated by the door handler when opening the door (to the end of the opening path) to prevent the door from being thrown and released (when opened).

Roast potato product

Please note the following points before using this product.

1. Before pouring the oil into the frying pan, it should be assured that it is dry and free of water and its dangers and that it is clean.

2- Make sure the oil is fried inside the pan until the flames light up.

3. During frying, avoid frying the frying pan forward.

4- Use a pedal embedded in the front to bend the frying pan.

5. After frying the contents of the frying pan, the flame temperature should be kept to a minimum in order to reduce the oil temperature.

6. Because the flame is concentrated beneath the frying pan, it prevents the oil from burning and boiling inside it, thus preventing frequent use of oil in this product.

7- The oil needed for frying in this product is 12 to 16 liters, which should be kept under heat for 10 minutes at maximum flame and then fried contents are poured into it (criterion of 8 kg of potatoes) and then collected in 20 minutes.

8. Discharge of the oil into the frying pan should be done after cooling it through the diaphragm.

9. When flushing the product, all flames should be switched off and the main inlet valve should be closed.

10. Due to the heat, especially on the floor of the kettle, and in order to prevent swelling and swelling this part of the frying operation should remain on the floor and evacuate after cooling.

11- After each baking, all parts of the stainless steel boiler, especially the floor, the wall and the top of the boiler, should be thoroughly washed and discharged with a scourer and dishwashing detergent so that any deposits of water, salt and debris are removed. The food should be completely removed from the floor and wall of the kettle.

12. Never use a diaphragm holder to stab the kettle.

13. To light the flame of the boiler, use a woman’s hose. Otherwise, the hose under the terminal door can be used.

14- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of this device are only permitted by after sales service personnel or authorized dealers of Tiyan Gas Steel Company.

15- When using water with high sediment content, it should be provided at the main entrance of the kitchen to the kitchen.
